  • In-Person Group Class

    Class Length: 75 Minutes

    Cost: $25 per class

    These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Together we will explore yoga poses, breath work and mindful movement with intention. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are looking to try a new movement routine, you will discover the benefits yoga can have on your physical and mental well-being.

  • Mondays:

    Gentle Hatha Yoga with Cara - 2:00pm-3:00pm

    Gentle Hatha Yoga with Cara -3:10pm-4:10pm

    Hatha (Flow) Yoga with Cara 5:30-6:45pm

    Tuesdays:

    Hatha (Flow) Yoga with Kevin- 5:30-6:45pm

    Thursdays:

    Hatha (Flow) Yoga with Kevin- 8:00am-9:15am

  • Kevin Matthews is a Registered Massage Therapist and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with training in Meditation and Mindfulness. His interest in meditation and yoga has deepened over the years with extensive study alongside teachers, authors, philosophers, and spiritual guides, including Lama Rabten Tshering and others. Kevin is inspired by ancient traditions and the power and potential of strengthening the mind-body connection.

    Cara Calibaba is a Registered Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor of Education who brings nearly two decades of expertise to our group hatha yoga sessions. With a focus on holistic well-being and daily mindfulness, she ensures each class is tailored to enrich the experience. Known for her dedication, Cara's influence extends beyond our studio, having contributed significantly to the Greater Victoria School District and UVic's Different Minds Academy.
