Pilates is a movement regimen for the whole body, using specialized equipment to achieve whole-body health through movement and breath.
Tapping into concentration, control, centring, precision, rhythm and breath, we aim to strengthen the body, maximize physical adaptability and increase body awareness.
We support you to improve your fitness, strength, and skill and recover from injuries.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Initial & Subsequent Visits: 50 minutes
Our private pilates sessions are conducted one-on-one with either a licensed Physiotherapist or Pilates Instructor. We support you to improve your fitness, strength and skill in Pilates and recover from injuries. Pilates is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
