This retreat will support you on a path to:

    • Coming to see the world, not merely as a collection of limited and separate parts and pieces but as a vast, undivided and unlimited whole.

    • Realizing that the experiences we typically conceive of as obstacles to our happiness and well-being are in fact expressions of the most sublime and astonishing energy and vitality.

    • Recognizing that our moment-to-moment experience is far less definable, far less limited and more wondrous and awe-inspiring than we typically imagine.

    • Realizing a profound sense of freedom and well-being that is not dependent upon circumstances or experiences being a certain way but is the very fundamental nature and basis of every experience.
