Dana joins the Tall Tree team with a passion for supporting movement journeys. Through personal experiences and mentorship, Dana's goal is to create the right experience for all clients. She believes movement is not a one size fits all and recognizes that each individual's wellness journey is unique.
Having been in practice for over 20 years, Dana has a diverse education and is a Clinical Pilates Instructor, Barre Teacher, Anatomy Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Physiotherapy Assistant, and a Teacher Certification Trainer. She is dedicated to continuously expanding and refining her skills as both a practitioner and teacher.Dana is currently the Program Director of the Comprehensive Pilates, Barre, and 200-hour Yoga teacher training at Stretch Collective. She also offers continuing education credits for Yoga Alliance certified teachers.
In sessions with Dana, she creates a supportive, educational, and fun environment for all to explore movement. She provides creative, safe, and progressive sessions to encourage growth in all practices. Dana’s playful personality and passion for movement are infectious.
When she is not on the mat you can find Dana writing, with her nose buried in a book and spending time with her family.
