Megan has a love of nature, outdoor activities, weight lifting, and considers herself a lifelong learner because she usually has her nose in a book reading about something new related to health, fitness, and coaching. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Wellness, a certificate in Nutrition Coaching, and has undergone rigorous training in the science of behaviour change coaching.

At Tall Tree, she works part time as a Kinesiologist and spends the rest of her work as a Change Coach and Longevity Medicine Program Lead. Whether you reach out to Megan for exercise-related goals, or to take action on the health goals you want to achieve, you can expect mountains of support, warmth, detailed planning and a healthy amount of challenge and accountability when working with her!

Megan helped me on my recovery journey from a concussion, whiplash disorder, and chronic body pain caused by a motor vehicle accident. She also helped me find balance, and strength, not just in my body, but in my life again... She also gives excellent high fives!
