Molly Mifsud
Office Administrator & Change Coach
Molly's journey began on Vancouver Island, where she embraced her love for competitive sports, artistic performances, and the breathtaking coastal landscapes. Her early involvement in coaching sports teams, athletic training, and mental health support laid the foundation for her lifelong dedication to wellness. Helping others has been a long-standing passion of Molly, and her approach integrates her expertise in behavioural science with her diverse knowledge and experience in health and wellness, emergency medicine, holistic nutrition, and personal training.
Molly joined Tall Tree as a student with a research focus on health psychology and the impact of nutrition on well-being. Today, after extensive training in behaviour change coaching, she is devoted to assisting those who want to make health-related changes in their lives_._ Molly's enthusiasm for promoting longevity and preventing physical and mental health-related issues drives her efforts to support others to improve their habits and well-being.
Molly's process around supporting habit change revolves around educating her clients on behavioural science and habit loops, developing a collaborative plan, and establishing measurable sub-goals to help them make the changes they wish to make. Her objective is to teach her patients to work smarter, not harder.
When she isn’t at work, Molly can usually be found with her nose in a textbook. She also loves yoga, playing volleyball, climbing, foraging, cooking, biking, and running around the island for a quick trip.
