Personal Training & Office Administrator - James Bay


As a former athlete, Kelly continued with her passion for all things health and fitness as a group fitness instructor 7 years ago. She currently leads large groups in both Spin and Boxing classes here in Victoria. We are very excited to be bringing her enthusiasm to the clinic, with our guided group circuit classes every Sunday morning. Kelly will offer a 50 minute total body workout using a variety of equipment designed for all fitness levels.
