As your “navigator” Jade is a phone call away for any quick health questions you might have about yourself or about your family... "A weird bump just showed up on my wrist...", "my kid just developed this rash...", “what’s better for my back pain, Advil, Tylenol or Voltaren?”.
Jade’s also a pro at pointing you to the right people and places if and when you’re dealing with the local healthcare system. It's like you now have a friendly family member who’s a local RN and has the whole system cased.
